Matura Farrington is seeking a detail-oriented temporary Administrative Assistant to support a corporate attorney with a growing national firm. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational and administrative skills who is ready to grow their career in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining records.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and manage data.
• Assist with preparing and editing documents.
• Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications:
• Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if relevant administrative experience is demonstrated.
• Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a corporate or legal setting is not required, but candidates should have a proven track record of success in administrative roles.
Location: Orange County
Schedule: Full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday (8-hour day)
